Due to continued growth, we are looking for a new Office Manager who will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business and work closely with our leadership team. If you are organised, enthusiastic and enjoy a varied role, this might be the job for you!
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This is a full administrative support role, including general office management and accounts support. You will be responsible for client support when required and assisting with billing/invoicing queries. You will oversee the business’s accounts and provide reports to senior management. The successful candidate will also look after facilities management and ordering of office stationery/equipment. You will get the opportunity to work across the entirety of the business, gaining exposure to each process as you go with the opportunity to make business improvements and become a valued member of a small but fast-growing team
The right person for this role will be a competent administrator with demonstrable financial administration experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the day-to-day smooth running of the office – daily maintenance and general upkeep
- General administrative support for the team
- Manage day-to-day finance operations: Generating customer invoices using Xero, payment allocation & bank reconciliation, and credit control duties
- Payroll
- Support routine HR tasks: managing employee absences, inductions and training
- Establish and develop office and operational processes
- Be the main point of contact for third-party service providers
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Sage 50, Xero, and/or QuickBooks experience
- Highly independent and able to manage a diverse workload
- Approachable and professional manner
- Detail-orientated with an ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills
- A passion for self-development and business improvement
- Problem solver – with the ability to use initiative, be creative with a positive can-do attitude

REMUNERATION:
Attractive level of remuneration depending on expertise and experience
