Due to continuing growth, we are expanding our technical support team and have several roles open including Line 1, 2, and 3 IT Support Engineers.


We are seeking IT Support Engineers to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional IT support and services to our clients. As an IT Support Engineer at Ionic IT, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients have a seamless and transformative IT experience. You will work closely with our clients, demonstrating our values in every interaction and providing technical expertise and support to meet their unique needs.

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and security checks.
  • Educate clients on best practices for IT security and usage.
  • Document support activities, issues, and resolutions in a detailed and organized manner.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with the team.
  • Stay current with industry developments and certifications to enhance expertise.


  • Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to constant improvement.
  • A strong commitment to our core values of Perseverance, Individuality, Caring, Continual Improvement, and Respectability.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Vendor qualifications with Microsoft, Dell & Fortinet.
  • Experience in using or working with Microsoft, Acronis Cyber Protect, Fortinet, ConnectWise, NinjaOne, Halo PSA, and IT Glue.
