Patrick is the founder and driving force behind Ionic. His entrepreneurial journey is truly inspiring. Patrick's passion for technology began during a summer job at Seagate’s Springtown plant, which ultimately led him to start a business straight out of secondary school. Today, that passion has evolved into Ionic, a leading provider of IT solutions to over 150 businesses across Northern Ireland and the UK. He was Highly Commended for the 'IT Professional of the Year' Award at the Belfast Telegraph IT Awards 2024, further cementing his reputation as a leader in the industry. Patrick’s journey is a perfect example of how passion, perseverance, and vision can drive success—and he’s just getting started.

With a wealth of experience working in IT and a keen eye for detail, Anthony is the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Anthony’s commitment to excellence is evident in his ability to streamline processes while empowering each team member to reach their full potential. His spark for technology was ignited when he began repairing phones and computers in his cousin’s shop, setting him on a path that would lead to success in both MSP and IT managerial roles. Anthony is driven by his passion to help customers on their IT journey and to leave the tech landscape better than he found it!

If you’re familiar with Ionic, you probably already know Brian! When he’s not out meeting customers or setting up new client devices, you’ll find him volunteering at his local GAA club. Brian’s journey into IT began after crossing paths with, Patrick, during his time in the telecommunications industry. Impressed by Patrick’s vision to grow Ionic into one of the most respected Managed Service Providers, Brian knew he wanted to be part of the journey. With his no-nonsense approach and refreshing candor, Brian brings a direct and results-driven attitude to everything he does. His genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships makes him a true asset to Ionic and a trusted partner to our clients.

Jordan was promoted to Technical Support Team Lead in 2024 and oversees the support desk, manages escalations, and ensures our IT services align seamlessly with our customers’ needs.. He started his career as a 1st Line Engineer where he quickly mastered the art of troubleshooting, tackling everything from basic hardware and software issues to providing essential frontline support. His knack for problem-solving and technical know-how soon earned him a promotion to IT Support Engineer, where he began managing more complex issues and contributing to infrastructure maintenance. Jordan's passion for technology and his ability to address challenges with precision and care make him an invaluable part of our team.
